Here's how the program works. Decide what type of geographic area you wish to cover. If your business is specific to a particular city, then a city level banner ad would make sense. We offer city, county and state level banner ads. Each time a tenant searches our site for available rental listings, we will display your logo at the top of the page. Your logo will only appear if the tenant searches in a city or county covered by your level.
Example: If you sign up for a particular county, then each search conducted in that county or in ANY city within that county will trigger the display of your banner ad. You can sign-up for as many counties as your wish. Email us for pricing on multiple counties. The logo displayed can be designed by you or us. There are size restrictions. We will provide a static link from your logo to a website of your choosing. We will also provide phone contact information and the agent's name. Banner ads last for life.
