Payment Methods Accepted

Our payment policy for rental ads is as follows: We ONLY accept payment via VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment for rental ads is due at the time the rental home listing is created on our system. Initially, rental ads created on are in an ACTIVE state but not public. Ads become publicly available after the payment process is complete.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you change your mind and decide not to advertise with us, notify us via email or phone within 24 hours and we will give you a full refund. Refunds will only be credited to the original credit card used for purchase. Please allow 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. After 24 hours, your ad will run for the selected run period and no refunds or credits will be issued.

There are no refunds issued for ad boosting.

Cancellation and Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made by email or fax. Email within 24 hours to request a refund. Please include your full name, your address, your contact phone number and the property address of the rental ad.
